I am a 52 year old Retired Band Director in the North Carolina public schools. I have taught for 29 years. I taught marching band, symphonic band, and a Caribbean steel drum band. I am married with 2 children. I served ten years in the United States Army (Reserve and Nat'l Guard) as an Infantry Soldier/Drill Sergeant.

He appears to be giving a cue to the tubas. His baton position is not too bad. Sometimes I have way to much time on my hands!
